Thanks to everyone who came out to the Left 4 Dead zombie adventure at the Urban Assault Course on Saturday, Feb. 27.  We had over 50 participants at this airsoft scenario game.  Visit the link below for some video from the event.

Our upcoming events have something for just about everyone.  There is a private SPEC OP Adventure on Saturday, March 6 that Annual Pass Owners can request an invitation.  On Sunday, March 7, MTT is hosting our first Introduction to Tactical Mobility Training.  This new program will give participants a chance to earn individual and team based tactics in and around vehicles.

 

Time is running out to register for Operation: West Wing Mar. 13&14.  Registration for this two day event is now open at Gearbox Airsoft.

 

Interested in advanced firearms training, get signed up for MAST Solutions 2 Day Firearms Training on Mar. 27&28. This two day program is almost sold out. 

 

Finally, MTT will be hosting the Urban Assault Challenge on April 17.  This competition will give tactical teams a chance to test their skills in a variety of events.

Introduction to Tactical Mobility at Urban Assault Course Mar. 7 ( 10 am – 5 pm)

MTT is hosting a one day Introduction to Tactical Mobility training program at the Urban Assault Course. The program is designed to introduce participants to some of the skills often used by military and law enforcement personnel when utilizing vehicles for personal security details in urban environments.

OP: West Wing Mar. 13-14 at Urban Assault Course

One of the opening battles of Operation Iraqi Freedom was fought by a sole platoon of US Army Rangers. The rangers were assigned to destroy a number of SCUD launchers that were positioned near the border of Jordan. It is believed that Saddam Hussein intended to launch missiles into Israel when the United States invaded Iraq. The Ranger platoon entered Iraq from a secret base in Jordan called the West Wing and successfully assaulted and destroyed their targets after an intense 4 hour battle.

Join us at the MTT Urban Assault Course on Sunday, March 14 to be a part of OPERATION: WEST WING. The game will feature:

Rangers vs Saddam’s Fedayeen
Airsoft Combat in Mock Buildings and Villages
Smoke Grenades and IED’s
Prize Raffle

US Rangers (36 spaces) - ACU or DCU (Hat,Top, Pants)
Saddam Fedayeen (44 spaces) - Civilian Clothes with Shemagh

Two-Day Firearm Training Series by MAST Solutions Mar. 27-28 at Urban Assault Course

About the Course
This two-day course material includes pistol and rifle training with emphasis on combined skill sets. This dynamic training that will require you to think, move, communicate, and make your hits.


Training Topics Include:

Gear (kit setup) and "Slick"
BZO
Carbine and Pistol work from 0-100 yards
Stance, hinge point, and weapon "weld" for consistency
Grip, sight picture and trigger control
Recoil control
Sight picture using iron sights and or vs. optics
The Various reloads- Pro's Con's
Possible malfunctions of the rifle and handgun and how to remedy
Strong and weak hand shooting while both stationary and on the move
Shooting platforms- The "WHY" included in the platform
Transition drills
Barricades
Low-light training and options

Admission Requirements
$125 (Normally $695)

You are required to have prior approval or a current CCW or letter of good standing from local law enforcement.

If you cannot SAFELY and consistently demonstrate proper gun handling, malfunction clearances, etcetera; this class may not be for you. Please call with questions.

Urban Assault Challenge April 17 ( 8 am – 5 pm)

The competition provides tactical teams an opportunity to test their skills in a series of military/Law enforcement scenarios using airsoft training weapons. Teams are scored on accuracy, time, and completion of objectives during four events. Event stages include:

Individual Move and Shoot Obstacle Course

Hostage Rescue Mission in Multiple Room Buidling (Shoot/No Shoot Targets)
Personal Security Detail/Vehicle Ambush Bailout Stage

Hostage Rescue
Mission against Opposing Force (Two Hostage Takers)

About the Urban Assault Challenge
Each team may consist of up to 6 participants.

During the competition, 4 members of the team will compete in each stage (except for the Individual Move and Shoot Obstacle Course where all members will compete).

There will not be any separate classes for teams of different age or skill level.

Up to 8 teams may compete in the Urban Assault Challenge.

When not competing, teams will have access to the rest of the Urban Assault Course for airsoft games or team practice.

Prize for the top team will be a free admission to a future Urban Assault Challenge.

There will be a prize raffle for all participants of the Urban Assault Challenge.

Admission is $100 per team.
